Completing KYC promptly when you open your account avoids any delay when you want to withdraw winnings.
Your SVIP Gems account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold or shared with any other person. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs on your account. If you believe unauthorised activity has occurred, contact SVIP Gems support immediately via live chat.
SVIP Gems accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, interbank fund transfer (IBFT) and Pakistani Visa/Mastercard debit cards.

The minimum withdrawal is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests are processed promptly — Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals typically complete within 2 to 10 minutes; IBFT transfers within 1 to 4 hours during banking hours. SVIP Gems charges no withdrawal fee. Only funds that are not subject to an active wagering requirement may be withdrawn.
For your first withdrawal, SVIP Gems requires that funds are returned to the same payment method used for your initial deposit. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure. Subsequent withdrawals may use any of the available methods on your account.

SVIP Gems offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing members. By claiming any bonus, you agree to the specific terms that apply to that promotion, which are published on the Promotions page. The following general rules apply to all SVIP Gems bonuses unless a specific promotion explicitly states otherwise:
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement for each promotion is stated clearly before you claim the bonus. Until the wagering requirement is met, your account will display your real-money balance and your bonus balance separately — you may withdraw your real-money balance at any time; only the bonus portion is subject to the wagering condition.
Each SVIP Gems player is eligible to claim the welcome bonus once only. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts constitutes bonus abuse and will result in all related accounts being closed and any associated winnings being voided.
Bonuses that are not claimed within their stated validity period will expire automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated. Wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will also lapse, and any uncompleted bonus balance will be removed from the account.
SVIP Gems reserves the right to modify, withdraw or substitute any promotion at any time with reasonable notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed by a player, the terms that were in effect at the time of claiming will continue to apply.
